Waterfront Suites Phuket By Centara

Lovely friendly helpful staff at reception Great location

Spacious convenient room, good clean pool, close to the beach. No problems with food, small but enough kitchenette. One balcony on the sea side.

The problem is the loud nearby restorants. Music in the night is too loud, till 2-3am, it's difficult to go sleeping if you want it earlier. Another absolutely unpleasant thing was that I saw that the cleaning staff washed their floor mop in the kitchen sink. I just saw that one time when they clean the room when I was there. I reported that to the reception, they promised some reaction, but I would not stay in that hotel the next time.

Amazing balcony views from 3 different sides of the building. Great pool. Staff are excellent.

We loved the views from the balconies. Very nice pool. Comfortable bed. Staff was excellent.

The staff are super friendly, helpful and always smiling

Elevator

Every thing was good location and the staff very kind

The furniture is too old and air conditione it’s hot and a lot of issues because it’s old other wise everything perfect

We stayed at this hotel and were generally satisfied. Of course, there were some minor shortcomings - in some places we would like a little more attention to detail, especially in cleaning and air conditioning. But I would like to especially note and express my deep gratitude to the girls at the reception! Always smiling, friendly and ready to help in any situation. Not a single question was left without attention - they responded quickly, clearly and with care. It was thanks to their participation that the vacation became more comfortable and calmer. The service at the reception is at the level of a good five. Thank you very much for your professionalism and humanity! Such employees are a real asset for any hotel.

Room 20A needs to be renovated.

Location , price, pool, staff , big apartment size

A bit dated furniture and ac but not too bad

Good location, friendly staff, very big room.

Seemed old

Love it! Huge suite for single traveller. Very comfortable and convenient to central Karon. The only complaint was that there were some elephants in the suite above. There is 30 cm of concrete between floors. They stamped so hard you couldn't hear the tv sometime.

The apartment was very roomy and spacious with a nice outlook. Close walk to beach and shops. Nice pool.

Airconditioning in one room was far too noisy and needs to be replaced. Could hear noise from local bars one night, although that is not a criticism of the accommodation, just something to be aware of in this area.

It’s an apartment at a reasonable price, opposite the beach, close to shops & restaurants

There are some who think they own the pool area by putting towels on all sun beds & not using them. Also playing their loud music around the pool area. (This has happened 2 years in a row) management need to stop this or put up signs. The pool is for everyone’s enjoyment.

Staff was friendly, pool and rooms where clean and big

Didn’t like 1 day we had no power for a few hours then the next day no water for a few hours. And a bit noisy on the north side of the building with the music from the bars.

The locationThe kitchen The staff was helpful

The ping pong table was out of orderThe pool wasn’t cleanThe sofa bed wasn’t comfortable

Good

Apartment was originally booked for 2 adults and 1 kidStuff at reception asked to pay for linen for the kid and advised that room type is only for 2 persons

Staff were lovely! The two bedroom apartment was as advertised and suited the needs of our family. Our kids loved the pool!

The staff were lovely and pool was clean and it was in s good position

The rooms are dated and shabby aircon is old noisy and doesnt work correctly the picture in booking .com is not correct the pool is covered by trees and is in the shade all day no bat at pool

Size of apartment, great location - close but quiet.

Air conditioner in living room didn’t work well.

There was a lot to do and see in the area, lots of shops and places to eat. The view from our room was spectacular and the rooms were spacious.

Since you're on the main road, the noise at night is very loud. You can hear the bars next door, but this is to be expected with the location.

Great Location and reasonably priced. Older building, but very well maintained. Large, comfortable rooms - like a small apartment with a GREAT view !!

No restaurant, but room had complete kitchen facilities if you prefer to cook.
